ntroduced in March 2009, the iMac (Early 2009) was largely a speed-bump of the iMac (Early 2008), though it included a few architectural improvements as well. These included a Mini DisplayPort, faster memory, and better graphics chipsets. The iMac (Early 2009) shipped in 4 configurations: 20"/2.66 GHz/2 GB RAM/320 GB HD/256 MB VRAM/$1199, 24"/2.66 GHz/4 GB RAM/640 GB HD/256 MB VRAM/$1499, 24"/2.93 GHz/4 GB RAM/640 GB HD/256 MB VRAM/$1799, and 24"/3.06 GHz/4 GB RAM/1 TB HD/512 MB VRAM/$2199. Built-to-order options included up to 8 GB of RAM and an ATI Radeon HD 4850 graphics chipset with 512MB GDDR3 of VRAM. All configurations were replaced in October 2009 by the iMac (Late 2009)
